ShulCloud offers complementary unlimited support to ensure your success while using our software.
ShulCloud also offers an in-depth training center called ShulSchool, which includes dozens of webinars you can attend, watch and reference as well as short videos, articles and more.
ShulSchool is completely free and is available for all ShulCloud clients for the lifetime of their subscription.
Lastly, ShulCloud offers Professional Services available for an additional charge. These can range from custom forms to registrations and a whole lot more. By purchasing these services, you can be confident that your forms, modules, and database organization will be enhanced by the trained professionals at ShulCloud.
Support Access and Business Hours
You can access support via chat, email, or by creating support tickets.
Chat Support is available Monday – Friday from 8:30a-4:30p EST. Questions are typically answered within 5-7 minutes.
Email Support questions are typically answered within 4-5 hours.
Ticket Support questions are typically answered within 24 hours.
ShulCloud’s Support staff are all full-time, and during off hours and Jewish holidays, there is always a “firefighter” on call, should an urgent issue arise during non-business hours.
